The 5kVA package is a starting configuration. Exact brands, installation scope and transport are confirmed in the written quotation. Larger systems are individually designed.
What is included in a complete solution?
A complete design combines inverter power, battery storage, solar generation, mounting, electrical protection and installation. Inverter size determines the simultaneous load; battery energy determines backup duration; panel capacity and site conditions determine charging and daytime production.
We assess homes, shops, offices, guest properties, schools, farms and commercial buildings. Heavy loads such as pumps, air conditioning and water heaters need separate calculations.
Solar for savings and reliable backup
A correctly configured hybrid system can supply essential circuits during outages while solar generation reduces dependence on grid electricity. Lights, Wi-Fi, refrigeration, CCTV and computers can be prioritized. Battery reserve, charging settings and the selected loads determine how long backup lasts.

Start with your appliance list, simultaneous load and required backup time. A house size or a kVA number alone cannot establish the right configuration.

Installation, warranty and support across Uganda
Our technical base and physical showroom are in Mbiko near Jinja. We supply and install across Uganda; transport and mobilization depend on the project location. The written quotation confirms equipment, roof mounting, cabling, protection, earthing, installation, testing and commissioning.
Santana Solar provides a 5-year system and installation warranty, subject to applicable equipment and warranty conditions, with local technical and after-sales support. Equipment-only purchases have their own applicable written warranty.
