The selected inverter’s rated kW, apparent-power rating, phase arrangement and battery limits must match the site. A 10kVA search label is not a technical specification for every 10kW product.
Suitable home and business applications
Larger homes, offices, shops and guest properties may need more power for several appliances operating together. Essential circuits can include refrigeration, lighting, internet, CCTV and computers. Equipment with high starting current or sustained heating loads requires specific assessment.
Schools, hotels and commercial buildings need an assessment of simultaneous demand, operating schedules, phase distribution and critical circuits. A larger inverter does not automatically provide longer backup without sufficient battery storage.
Battery, panels and autonomy
We first calculate the daily energy and essential overnight demand, then choose compatible lithium batteries and a panel array able to replenish the expected use. Roof shading, orientation, available area and local conditions affect output.
No fixed overnight duration is offered here. Tell us the required operating hours and which circuits must remain powered when the grid goes off.

Does the inverter price include batteries and installation?
No. UGX 6,037,500 is the listed inverter equipment price. Batteries, panels, mounting, protection, transport and labour form the full quotation.
Can this system run air conditioning or a water pump?
Potentially, with appropriate inverter, battery and solar sizing. Send appliance ratings, starting current where available, quantities and operating hours.
Installation, warranty and support across Uganda
Our technical base and physical showroom are in Mbiko near Jinja. We supply and install across Uganda; transport and mobilization depend on the project location. The written quotation confirms equipment, roof mounting, cabling, protection, earthing, installation, testing and commissioning.
Santana Solar provides a 5-year system and installation warranty, subject to applicable equipment and warranty conditions, with local technical and after-sales support. Equipment-only purchases have their own applicable written warranty.
